No Call / No Show

NO SHOWS: Please make every attempt to arrive on time and bring our number along with you. If you are going to be late, please notify us and understand that if there is an appointment scheduled after yours, this will shorten your portrait session. If we have not received a call from you by 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no show. No shows will NOT be rescheduled without a 100% non-refundable deposit of your session fee at the time of rescheduling.

REPEATED CANCELLATIONS: We understand that children get sick and emergencies happen. And, please, if your child is under the weather, contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your session. However, if you have called or emailed and cancelled/rescheduled your session three times, your session will NOT be rescheduled without a 100% non-refundable deposit of your session fee at the time of rescheduling.

Viewing and Ordering Your Images

After your session is complete, we will schedule a viewing and ordering appointment for you. This appointment helps us to address the individual needs of your family so that you get exactly what you love! During your ordering appointment, you will be offered refreshments and once you are comfortable, your images will be projected larger than life! We will help you with the complete ordering process, answer any questions you may have about prints or products, show you samples of products and help you to make final decisions on the best images to adorn your home with. If you are interested in a wall arrangement, we will be happy to help you choose coordinating images to display. If you would like to archive your own images digitally and share them with friends and family via social media, we have options for that, too! We don't want you to be limited by just prints. This is the most fun part of your portrait creation, so feel free to bring along family & friends! Please come prepared and make sure all decision makers are present. Children are always welcome.

Payment Methods

We are excited to announce that we are now accepting ALL major credit cards and debit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and American Express) for payment, as well as cash, personal checks, ApplePay and Paypal.

Personal checks returned by the bank for any reason will be charged a $30.00 service charge and all orders will be canceled if they are not paid in full within three days of notification.

We are so excited to add Afterpay as a method of payment for your order! Now you can get everything you want from your session and pay over time in four easy payments.

All prices are subject to change without notice, however prices are "locked in" for one month from your session date. Any orders placed after one month will be subject to any changes in pricing. Sales Tax and Shipping - All orders are subject to a 6.75% NC State Sales Tax rate. Shipping charges are NOT included and will be applied to all orders being shipped to you.

Copyright Information

Please do not use our images or content from our website without permission. It is illegal to scan, copy or reproduce the work or content of Fantasy Photography, LLC in any manner or medium and is punishable by law with fines starting at $150,000. As artists, Giulia and Jonathan prefer to have complete control over the finished look of clients' images. Scanned images damage our reputation as photographers by distorting and devaluing the quality of the image.

All digital images and negatives remain the property of Fantasy Photography, LLC, and may be used as studio or internet display, marketing and advertising, or any other purposes within standard use practices.

An artist’s copyright is protected by the Federal Copyright Law. It is unlawful to copy or scan any images without permission. Even though the pictures may be of you or your child, the photographer still owns the copyright to the image. In order to control the quality of the work produced, the photographer is the only one who can crop, modify or print any image produced at this photo session. Fantasy Photography, LLC retains the copyright and ownership of the photo session and clients are not allowed to reproduce any images produced by the photographer for any purpose without written consent. If you are interested in archiving your session on CD, or purchasing printing rights, please inquire about our Digital Collections.
